Josh Bernstein of SEIU‘s Director of Immigration and Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies discuss the basics, demographics and fraud concerns of the DREAM Act.  The two also discuss whether the law’s age limit (30 years old) is rationale and if the bill will get passed by during the Congressional lame duck session.

Mark Krikorian also debated with Angela Kelley of the Center for American Progress (CAP) on the merits, drawbacks and the future of the DREAM Act.  CAP has released document (pdf) which outlines the Myths vs. Facts of the DREAM Act.
