I primarily work in the California Workers’ Compensation field. I focus on helping undocumented immigrants resolve workers compensation claims when they’ve sustained industrial or work related injuries.

Herrera & Associates – Engages in workers compensation and immigrant rights activism and social causes.
BetterBytes – provider of computer network solutions and systems administration.
I have been here since 2001. i came here as a student and became RN-BSN. in the last 2 years i have been living like an inmate because i am out of status. There is a big nursing shortage in the US but i cannot work even the hospitals are willing to be my sponser. I and people like me who have the education and qualifactions could contribute the economy and the society. So, I am really hoping that CIR will be passed.
